About Me

Hi there. My Name is Peggy Brewer, Owner and Founder of Critter Love.
The name says it all really, I love all critters.
It started when I was a young child and I refused to leave any animal on the streets! I felt they all needed a home, and that home happened to be mine!
Of course my parents didn't always agree, but they allowed me to have my fair share. From Dogs and cats to ducks, geese, raccoons, birds and much more.

Now that I am grown, married, have children of my own, I still have a large love for animals and try to help as many as I can.

I am currently the proud owner of a black headed caique, a mixed breed dog (in the picture with me above), two squirrel gliders and twenty sugar gliders.

I have been a sugar glider breeder for the past six years. I currently breed for white faced blondes, leucistic,leu hets, and mosaic, Black Beauty's, with the occasional wonderful classic grey being born here as well.

I am a Published Author of the Sugar Glider Care Book, *Sugar Gliders, Living With and Caring for* and I donate 10% of all profits to sugar glider research.

I believe anyone can be a wonderful pet owner if they are educated correctly in the animal they choose to own. Much like children, each pet is unique and special and deserves the best attention, be it physical attention or medical attention, one can give.

Although breeding sugar gliders is primarily a hobby, it is also what keeps me busy for the most part of my day and evening. Between maintaining my website, helping customers and answering emails and questions from potential customers, cleaning cages, feeding and playing with my gliders and other animals, it does not leave one much time for much more. But everyday, the love I get from my furry and feathered animals, brings much joy and happiness to my life.
