Health Guarantee
If you would like to be placed on our waiting list for a Joey from a particular female, please feel free to contact me and I will let you know as soon as joeys are born from that mother.
Deposits
A Non-refundable Deposit of $100.00 or 1/2 the price of a Sugar
Glider (for higher priced Sugar Gliders) will be required within 24
hours of the agreement you wish to purchase the Joey.
Joeys must be paid in full and picked up between 8-10 weeks Out Of
Pouch.
If Joey is not picked up by planned date, deposit will be lost and
buyer will loose all rights to said Joey. If pick up date is longer
than expected and arrangements have been made, a holding fee will be
charged. Amount will be discussed at time of arrangements.
Critter Love™
reserves the right to cancel an adoption for any
reason. Under the circumstances that this takes place, Critter Love™
will provide a full refund on deposit and any monies paid.
Neuters
Male Joeys are available for pet only pricing. Male gliders will be neutered prior to going to their new homes, New Owners are responsible for cost of said neuter prior to neutering taking place and will be given a copy of neuter cost from Veterinarian upon pick up. Neuter prices are subject to change and cost on receipt is what the new owner will be required to pay.

we pride ourselves on the health of our Joeys.
*In order to qualify for Critter Loves™
Health Guarantee, all
conditions following must be met and proper documentation of proof
supplied.
All Critter Love™
Joeys come with a 72 hour Health Guarantee.
Critter Love™
guarantees you will receive a healthy, fully weaned
Joey.
*A wellness check and fecal float/smear are required within 72 hours
of the Joey arriving to your home. Sooner if ANY signs of illness
are shown.
If there are any health related issues raised at the Wellness
Checkup, and it can be traced back to Critter Love™, we will cover
the cost of medications given at that time. (Veterinarian reports
must be provided to Critter Love™.)Payment will be made directly to
Performing Veterinarian ONLY.
Office visits or other treatments such as blood work, x-rays, etc.
will be the new owners responsibility unless previous written
arrangements have been made.
If your Sugar Glider becomes ill within the first 72 hours, you must
contact Critter Love™
and your veterinarian immediately.
It is Your responsibility to watch for stressors and stress
symptoms.
Should symptoms arise, purchaser is responsible to get the glider to
a Veterinarian immediately.
All Veterinarian bills incurred for stress related illness are the
sole responsibility of purchaser.
This health guarantee does not cover trauma or stress related
illnesses of any kind.
This guarantee does not cover accidents, negligence or mistreatment
of any kind.
This guarantee does not cover deaths or illnesses due from
transportation issues, heat exhaustion, dehydration, or starvation.
This health guarantee does not cover illness due to poor housing
conditions or illnesses brought on due to environmental temperatures
(being too hot, too cold, or drafty).
This health guarantee does not cover illnesses due from sudden
dietary changes.
In the case of a death of a Sugar Glider within the 72 hour time
frame, a full necropsy and histopath from a Veterinarian,
experienced in sugar glider care, will be required. If death is
traced back to the fault of Critter Love™
a replacement or refund, at
the discretion of Critter Love™, may be provided.
